3) Payment Information

4) Delivery and Performance
Physical products are sent in accordance with the address and delivery time specified in the order.

5) Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or the establishment of the agreement.
Withdrawal notification must be conveyed to the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage device.
Return shipping costs belong to the Seller unless otherwise stated.
6) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

Perishable products or those with an approaching expiration date.
Products not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (if the packaging is opened).

7) Complaints and Application
The Buyer can convey their complaints and requests via the Seller's contact information. In case of dispute, the consumer can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
