This agreement is concluded electronically in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer
The Buyer shall be referred to with the name/surname, address, phone and e-mail information declared on the order screen.
2) Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale and delivery/performance of the product/service, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website/system. The Preliminary Information Form constitutes an integral part of this agreement.
3) Formation of the Agreement
The agreement shall be deemed concluded electronically once the Buyer confirms the order.
The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood the Preliminary Information Form before confirming the order.
4) Product/Service Information and Price
The type, nature, quantity, brand/model, unit price, total sales price, taxes, and delivery/performance information of the product/service are included in the Buyer’s order summary.
Prices include VAT (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
5) Delivery and Performance
For physical products, delivery is made to the Buyer’s declared address within a reasonable time according to stock and logistics conditions.
For digital content or training/services, performance is carried out according to the schedule and usage conditions specified on the product page.
6) Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product or conclusion of the service contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing via the Seller’s contact details provided above.
The product to be returned must, if possible, be sent back with its original packaging and all accessories, undamaged and complete.
Unless otherwise stated in the Preliminary Information Form, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller.
7) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to legislation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases (examples):
Services commenced with the Buyer’s approval and fully performed.
Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or personal needs.
Products that are perishable or may expire quickly.
Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons.
Products that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly (such as digital content).
Books, digital content, data presentation, audio/video recordings and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened.
8) Use of Right of Withdrawal and Return
After submitting the withdrawal notice, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days.
The Seller refunds the payments made by the Buyer to the relevant bank within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Delays due to bank processes are not under the Seller’s responsibility.
The refund is made using the same payment method used in the order.
9) Warranty, Defective Goods and Support
The product warranty coverage and service conditions are determined by the manufacturer/importer.
In the case of defective goods/services, the Buyer’s rights under the Consumer Law remain reserved.
10) Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation and within the scope of the Clarification Text. (Insert link to Clarification Text here.)
11) Dispute Resolution
Depending on the monetary limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s place of residence or where the transaction is carried out are competent. The jurisdiction of Merkez/ISPARTA may be taken as the competent authority.
12) Entry into Force and Approval
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement by confirming it on the site/system.
The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
