3) Payment Information

4) Delivery and Performance
Physical products are delivered to the address specified in the order within the delivery period.

5) Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or conclusion of the agreement.
The withdrawal notice must be submitted to the Seller in writing or through a permanent data storage medium.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
6) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products that are perishable or have a short expiration date.
Products not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (if packaging is opened).

7) Complaints and Applications
The Buyer may submit complaints and requests through the Seller’s contact information. In case of disputes, the Buyer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
