Cancellation and Refund Conditions

This page explains the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund principles regarding the training and consultancy services offered by Sır Akademi Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company"). The following provisions are applied reserved for the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2) Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing any justification and without paying any penalty in distance contracts.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the agreement is established for service agreements.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Company by telephone or in writing (SMS/WhatsApp/email/post) within this period.
The Company shall refund all payments made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification, in accordance with the consumer's payment instrument.

3) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be used or is limited in the following cases as per the legislation:

Services related to the evaluation of leisure time that must be performed on a specific date or period (e.g., classroom training and events on specific dates).
Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e.g., digital training content opened for access after purchase), once content access has started.
Customized services according to the consumer's request or personal needs (personalized consultancy program, etc.).

4) Training and Event Cancellations

Live/Classroom Training: Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the training start date are free of charge. No refunds are made for cancellations after 24 hours; however, depending on availability, participation may be postponed to the next term one time only.
Online Live Sessions: Cancellation/refund requests can be made at least 12 hours before the session starts. No refunds are made after the session has started.
On-Demand Digital Content: No refund is made as per the withdrawal right exception once access to the content has been provided/downloaded.

5) Cancellation/Change Originating from the Company

Training/events may be cancelled or the date may be changed due to insufficient number of participants, change of instructor, or force majeure.
In case of cancellation, the consumer is offered a full refund or, upon request, the possibility of free transfer to an equivalent program.

6) Refund Process and Payment

Refunds are carried out using the same method as the payment was made. The period for banks to reflect refund transactions to accounts may vary by bank.
For payments made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the refund is made to the IBAN to be notified by the consumer.

7) Return of Physical Materials (if any)

If there is a physical material sent regarding the training, the material must be returned complete and undamaged in case of withdrawal.

Return shipping cost belongs to the consumer, except for defective goods/services.

8) Defective Service

In case of performance of the service contrary to the legislation or the agreement, the consumer can use their optional rights arising from the legislation. In this case, appropriate refund/discount processes are operated after the investigation is completed.
